Salary Range: $65K - $90K Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and drafting, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor. You will be completing designs for facade, wall panels, roofing, storefront, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise technical drawings, plans, and schematics for facade and metal fabrication.
- Build and modify detailed 2D & 3D models for project development.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate project requirements into blueprints.
- Review, revise, and update designs based on engineer and client feedback.
- Maintain organized records of all drawing versions and documentation.
- Assist with project proposals by providing required technical drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with design, analysis, and detailing of a building's exterior envelope, wall panels, roofing, storefronts, facades, etc.
- A background with construction, architectural, or structural projects.
- Design projects for commercial, educational, retail, restaurants, etc.
- Core proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards.
