You will travel between sites, gaining hands-on experience as you assist with the day-to-day upkeep of critical healthcare infrastructure, ranging from plumbing and electrical repairs to general carpentry and safety inspections. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems with a primary focus on rooftop units (RTUs), while supporting associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repair or modification solutions.
• Complete general facility maintenance tasks, including patching, painting, door repairs, and other minor building repairs as needed.
• Coordinate, schedule, and escort vendors and contractors, serving as the on-site point of contact to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Support critical building infrastructure, including HVAC and generator systems serving IT and other mission-critical spaces, while assisting with change control processes and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with facility standards and safety requirements.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, capable of analyzing and solving mildly complex problems.
• Sophisticated math skills, with the ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $35.34 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
