HVAC Equipment Sales Representative

Location: Epping, NH (Remote/Field-Based)

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated HVAC Equipment Sales Representative to drive sales of HVAC systems, air conditioning, oil and propane heating equipment, generators, and related energy solutions throughout New Hampshire. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, conducting customer consultations, preparing proposals, and closing high-value equipment sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-home and on-site sales appointments.
  • Prepare and present proposals and equipment recommendations.
  • Manage opportunities and customer relationships using ServiceTitan.
  • Work closely with service, operations, and administrative support teams.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals of $2.5M–$3M.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, generators, energy systems, industrial equipment, or other large-ticket sales.
  • ServiceTitan experience required.
  • Ability to understand HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and fuel-system components.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Compensation

  • Base salary + Industry competitive commission structure (200K + OTE).

Sales Support

  • Company-provided leads (typically 2–4 per day during peak season).
  • Dedicated administrative support for proposals, customer preparation, and follow-up.
  • Opportunity to prepare 4–5 proposals per day during busy periods.
  • Strong brand recognition and established sales process.

Work Environment

  • Remote and on-the-road position with office access available.
  • Daily team meetings:
    • Sales & Service Stand-Up: 8:30 AM
    • Close-Out & Prep Call: 2:30 PM
  • Collaborative team culture with extensive operational and administrative support.
