Job Summary

We are looking for a HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to prepare accurate project bids and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish. This dual role ensures cost-effective estimating and successful project execution. Candidates with software proficiency in PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
Review drawings, specs, and project scope for accuracy
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Utilize PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating
Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout projects
Track progress and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or both
Strong HVAC system and construction knowledge
Proficiency with PlanHub, QuoteSoft, Bluebeam (preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid Driver’s License with clean record

Salary Range

$80,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and software proficiency.
