We are seeking an HVAC Experienced Residential Service Technician to join our team!
Position Summary
The HVAC Experienced Residential Service Technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role upholds company standards for craftsmanship and customer experience. The technician will also help mentor junior technicians and provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, parts, inventory, and pricing.

- Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay Range:$40.00 - $47.00 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial HVAC service technician
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Proficient with troubleshooting a wide variety of equipment
- Experience making repair/replace recommendations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and accountability
- Ability to safely operate scissors and genie lifts
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal
- Understanding of air balancing principles
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC Technical School certificate of completion
- Possession of necessary hand tools
