Immediate Opening: Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform service work in a range of residential and commercial environments.
• Accurately document service activities using our electronic reporting system.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Work independently while maintaining company standards and safety practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn and participate in cross-training opportunities
