Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Lighting systems on campus facilities.; Observe maintenance issues and report to supervisor, perform routine repairs as requested.; Assist in materials inventory and maintenance-related tasks across various building systems.; Operate work order system to interpret, execute, and close work orders per instructions.; Assist in layout, construction, and repair of plant or office structures and equipment installations.
