COMPENSATION: $150,000 to $160,000 + performance incentives with earning potential of $180,000-$190,000 per year in total compensation | Monday-Friday | Field support and after-hours escalation as needed

Local HVAC company is hiring a technical field leader who gets results by helping people improve. You will work directly with our technicians, build trust through consistent coaching and make sure every team member has a clear path to grow.

What You''ll Own

• Coach technicians through ride-alongs, field observations, one-on-ones, skill sign-offs and practical development plans
• Be available for technical questions and assist with difficult diagnostics as needed
• Give clear feedback, recognize good work and hold consistent standards for safety, workmanship, documentation and customer care
• Partner with dispatch and service leadership to match calls to technician skill while creating opportunities for growth
• Support onboarding, training, certifications and career-ladder advancement for technicians at every level
• Review callbacks, warranty issues and customer escalations; coach the team toward stronger first-time fixes

What You Bring

• Journeyman-level HVAC service background with 10+ years of heavy commercial and/or industrial field experience and strong diagnostic ability
• Proven ability to coach, communicate and build trust with technicians of different experience levels
• Leadership experience as a lead technician, field supervisor or service manager preferred
• EPA 608 Universal certification, valid driver''s license and a safe driving record
• NATE certification preferred; controls, hydronics, VRF, chiller or advanced commercial experience is valuable
