About the Role
We're looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
This role exists to:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering a professional, trustworthy customer experience.
If you value structure, clear expectations, and being held accountable to quality and performance — you'll do well here.
If you prefer shortcuts, guesswork, or minimal documentation, this role will not be a good fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems accurately
- Perform thorough system inspections and document findings
- Communicate issues and options clearly to homeowners
- Present repair recommendations using company‑approved pricing and processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service truck
- Protect customer homes and leave them cleaner than you found them
- Coordinate with dispatch and support teams to complete jobs efficiently
- Properly document work, parts used, and recommendations in company systems
This is a performance‑measured role, not a “show up and turn wrenches” job.
What Success Looks Like

- Cut corners or guess at diagnoses
- Avoid documentation or accountability
- Dislike customer interaction
- Prefer unstructured environments
- Expect success without effort or improvement
Requirements
- EPA Certification (required)
