Requirements:- 5+ years of experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, pricing, cleaning, and customer interaction
- Knowledge of heat-pumps and mechanical systems
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Various licenses and certifications are a bonus
- Leadership/Managing those starting out is ideal
