Senior HVAC Technician - Training & Development   Help Develop the Next Generation of HVAC Technicians
Our client, a highly respected residential HVAC services company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Training Supervisor to mentor apprentices, support technician development, and promote quality workmanship across the organization. Lead with care, development, compassion, and accountability.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HVAC professional who enjoys coaching others while remaining active in the field.
Responsibilities
  • Mentor and evaluate apprentices and first-year technicians through hands-on field coaching
  • Assist technicians with advanced diagnostics and complex service calls
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Reinforce safety standards and best practices
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify training opportunities and support technician development
  • Provide field support during peak demand periods
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
  • Experience with gas, oil, propane, heat pumps, A/C, hydronics, and related residential equipment
  • Leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
