HVAC Foreman

Overview:

We are seeking an HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. Our company specializes in large-scale multi-residential and light commercial new construction projects (major apartment and condo developments) and we’re continuing to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on large new construction multi-residential (apartment and condos) and light commercial projects
• Coordinate and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their productivity and performance.
• Ensure all HVAC work is performed in accordance with industry standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications, maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Determine staffing requirements, allocate resources, and schedule work assignments to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, and implementing appropriate safety measures on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment inventory, and job costs, providing timely reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
