General Manager - HVAC Operations Denillo Heating & CoolingPittsburgh, PA Area - Bethel Park Denillo Heating and Air is looking for a results-driven General Manager to take operational control and lead our team to the next level of performance and profitability.As General Manager, you will work directly with ownership to oversee all aspects of the business and deliver strong financial and operational results.CompensationBase Salary: $120,000Annual Performance Bonus (tied to company profitability and operational goals)What You'll Be Responsible For:Leading all departments: Sales, Service, Installation, and Office AdministrationFull ownership of the company's Profit & Loss performanceDeveloping and improving operational systems, processes, and standardsBuilding and developing a high-performing leadership teamDriving sales growth, project execution, and customer satisfactionManaging inventory, purchasing, and vendor negotiationsOverseeing commercial projects from estimating through completionActing as the final point of escalation for operational and customer issuesRequirements:Minimum 5 years General Manager experience in a similar industryTrack record managing a company generating $3M+ in annual revenueStrong P&L and financial management skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilitiesValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred:10+ years in HVAC or skilled trades managementBachelor's degreeExperience with QuickBooks and job costingBackground managing $5M+ revenue operationsIf you're a proven leader with HVAC or trades experience and want to take ownership of operations at a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
