HVAC Graphic Designer (Local Candidates Only) - On-Site Position

Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented HVAC Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content that supports marketing, branding, sales, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will create compelling graphics for digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency and effectively communicating HVAC products, services, and solutions to residential and commercial customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, catalogs, banners, and direct mail campaigns.
• Create digital assets for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and online advertising.
• Develop product graphics, HVAC system illustrations, infographics, and technical visuals that simplify complex concepts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business goals and promotional campaigns.
• Design vehicle wraps, signage, trade show displays, and other branded materials.
• Edit and enhance photos of HVAC installations, equipment, and service projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital publishing.
• Assist with video graphics, animations, and presentation materials when needed.
• Stay current with design trends, HVAC industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications


Required

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design skills.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience working in the HVAC, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or home services industry.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with website design and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
