Position Type
Full-Time
Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
Assist lead installers and service technicians on HVAC jobs
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
Help install HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Load and unload materials and company vehicles
Assist with basic maintenance and repairs
Learn HVAC installation and service procedures
Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications
No HVAC experience required — we will train
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and team mentality
Good communication skills
Ability to use basic hand tools is a plus
