Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Helper! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled technicians in installing,

maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. This position

Duties

Support HVAC service technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance

of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

Assist in reading schematics and technical diagrams to understand system

layouts and troubleshooting procedures.

Help with plumbing and refrigeration tasks related to HVAC systems.

Perform equipment repairs, and mechanical adjustments under supervision

to ensure optimal operation.

Contribute to property maintenance tasks involving air conditioning units,

boilers, and other mechanical equipment.

Support field service operations by preparing work sites, transporting tools

and parts and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of construction principles and mechanical systems related

to HVAC or property maintenance.

Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with appliances repair

is highly desirable.

Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design concepts, and technical manuals.

Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, refrigeration, boilers,

and equipment repair.

Experience working in field service environments with a focus on air

conditioning systems or appliance repair.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Demonstrated willingness to learn about HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air

Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and safety standards. This role is paid
