Location: Spokane, WA | Hayden, ID | Sandpoint, ID

Pay Range: $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available | Optional 4-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial HVAC installations
• Support ductwork installation and hanging duct systems
• Help maintain organized and safe job sites
• Learn HVAC installation procedures and trade fundamentals
• Work closely with lead installers and field teams

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience with ductwork is a plus
• HVAC trade school training is beneficial

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
