Essential Duties:
- Work with an assigned mentor to complete daily tasks relating to facility services (HVAC) industry.
- Learn and assist with responsibly operating hand and power tools under mentor's supervision
- Conducts assigned daily job requirements with the utmost safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Must be an incoming High School student in his/her Junior or Senior year.
- Course work in construction, architecture, ag mechanics, etc. preferred.
- Seeking opportunities in plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, sheet metal, etc. encouraged.
- Must be a team player and punctual.
- Must display a good attitude with desire to learn and follow directions.
- Must have basic math skills.
