You do not need HVAC experience to be successful in this role. We provide the training. We're looking for candidates who possess the qualities that can't be taught:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy meeting new people and building rapport quickly
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Grit, determination, and a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 2 years of licensed driving experience
  • Clean DMV driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
