HVAC Technician I (Licensed HVAC Technician)
Location: Houston, TX (Anheuser-Busch Facility)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Compensation:$38 - $40 hr
Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Licensed HVAC Technician to support operations at an Anheuser-Busch manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, and chilled water systems. The ideal candidate has a valid Texas HVAC license and significant experience working on complex HVAC systems in industrial or large commercial environments. This full-time day-shift position focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and responding to mechanical issues that impact facility operations. Job Responsibilities

?    Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. 
?    Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, chilled water systems, air handlers, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration systems. 
?    Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. 
?    Clean, inspect, and replace filters, belts, motors, and other HVAC components. 
?    Calibrate and maintain pneumatic control systems and related equipment. 
?    Inspect and maintain ductwork, ventilation systems, grilles, and exhaust equipment. 
?    Respond to equipment failures and maintenance requests in a timely manner. 
?    Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. 
?    Maintain accurate maintenance records and work-order documentation. 
?    Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before failures occur. 
?    Maintain tools, parts inventory, and supplies needed to support daily operations. 
?    Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and facility standards. 
?    Work in an active industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to mechanical equipment and varying temperatures. 

Qualifications

?    Required
?    Valid Texas HVAC Technician License. 
?    Minimum 10 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC systems. 
?    Hands-on experience with rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, and chilled water systems. 
?    Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems. 
?    Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics. 
?    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. 
?    Resume required for consideration. 
?    Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. 
?    Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods. 
?    Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. 
?    Preferred
?    Experience in manufacturing, brewery, industrial, or large commercial facilities.
?    EPA Certification.
?    Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls.
?    Additional HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical certifications.
?    Mechanic, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Commercial Refrigeration Technician, RTU Technician, Chilled Water Systems Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, Preventive Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance.
