About the Role
As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments, assess their comfort needs, evaluate their current systems, and present customized HVAC solutions that fit their home and budget. You will focus on relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing sales while working alongside a trusted internal support and installation team. This position allows you to spend your time where it matters most, in front of qualified buyers, rather than prospecting.

What You'll Do
Run 45 to 55 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per month, build rapport with homeowners, assess system needs, present financing and equipment options, overcome objections professionally, and close sales with integrity. Coordinate with installation teams for smooth project handoff, maintain strong customer communication, and continually refine your sales process through coaching and performance development.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking proven in-home sales professionals with experience in HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, or similar residential industries. Candidates should be highly skilled at consultative sales, objection handling, relationship building, and closing without pressure-based tactics.
