Position Overview


We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to handle residential and light commercial installs. This includes split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, minisplits, and rooftop units.


You’ll be working with a crew that values efficiency, clean installs, and doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities


  •  Install central air systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems 
  •  Install and modify ductwork (sheet metal & flex) 
  •  Set condensers, air handlers, furnaces, RTUs 
  •  Run line sets, drains, flues, and low voltage wiring 
  •  Perform system startups and basic testing 
  •  Maintain clean and organized job sites 
  •  Communicate clearly with team and office 
  •  Represent the company professionally with customers
2+ years HVAC installation experience (preferred) 
 Strong understanding of install process from start to finish 
 Ability to work with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical basics 
 Valid driver’s license 
 Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, rooftops 
 Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills (Not Required)


  •  Experience with inverter systems (Bosch, Mitsubishi, etc.) 
  •  Basic troubleshooting ability 
  •  EPA Certification 
  •  Experience with RTUs or light commercial
