HVAC Inside Counter Sales Rep

Applied Equipment Solutions is a leading HVAC distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region, representing top brands like GE Air & Water, LG HVAC, and YORK. We're committed to providing exceptional HVAC products and solutions to both residential and commercial markets, and we're hiring a full-time HVAC Inside Counter Sales Rep to help us! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Assisting customers at our counter, answering questions, and informing them about our products
• Completing residential and commercial HVAC equipment orders and ensuring all tickets and invoices are accurate
• Handling returns and warranties according to our policies
• Collaborating with other departments to solve problems and provide high-quality customer service

What You'll Need:

• Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Current physical DOT card
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills
• PREFERRED - Experience in/knowledge about HVAC or a related trade industry
• PREFERRED - College degree

• $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
