HVAC Install Apprentice (Experienced) 

The Big Task:
Support the Lead Installer on residential HVAC jobs while learning the trade and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with residential HVAC installations (heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration)
Show up on time and ready to work at the job site each day
Help ensure jobs are staged, organized, and completed to quality standards
Maintain clean job sites and well-stocked trucks
Communicate clearly with your Lead Installer and customers
Learn and utilize ServiceTitan and internal install systems
Support payment collection and job completion processes
Participate in hands-on weekly training and development
Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Work alongside your team to deliver a smooth, professional install

KPIs for Success (Within 1 Year):
Step in and run a job when the Lead Installer is unavailable
Meet daily department KPI goals (Labor, Equipment, Materials)
Maintain a 9.3+ NPS through customer satisfaction
Obtain EPA Certification
Obtain NATE Core Certification
Become Nexstar Service System Certified

What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years HVAC experience (or strong willingness to learn)
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachability
Ability to meet Lead Installer at job sites daily
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
