Starting Pay
- 20-24 per hour based on experience
What Youll Do
- Ability to follow precise instructions
- Adhere to job site safety protocol
- Assist in duct fabrication & installation
- Maintain a clean & safe work environment
- Assist lead foreman in material & labor tracking
What You Bring
- 2 years of HVAC experience
- Self-motivated
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work on roofs & lifts
- Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more
- Ability to pass a background check & drug test
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively
- The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling
- Ability to climb and work from ladders
- Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty
- Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued
- All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
