Responsibilities:

We focus on legendary customer service, and we take pride and great care in every service we provide to our customers and their family. The HVAC Apprentice performs a wide range of field functions, including:

• Aid in properly staging jobs
• Communicate with customers and establish rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried van
• Learn to read blueprint specifications to diagnose and repair units
• Use a variety of hand tools
• Support an HVAC Installer Lead

Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
• May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
• May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
