HVAC Install - Experienced

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform approximately 90% retrofit/changeout projects and 10% new construction installations
• Lead, mentor, and train apprentice installers
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipment
• Install gas piping using both rigid and flexible piping systems
• Run refrigerant line sets, braze connections, and perform pressure testing
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork
• Complete both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical connections
• Safely lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Minimum of 1 year leading an installation crew
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire (company-paid training available)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
