We are committed to delivering quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions while providing a positive work environment for our team.HVAC Install - Experienced Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:Monday-Friday7:30 AM-4:30 PMOvertime available as neededCompany-Provided Resources:Company vehicle for daily job useCompany-issued cell phoneTrucks professionally stocked, organized, and prepared each morningNATE certification training and testingBryant Factory Authorized Dealer training opportunitiesCompany-provided summer and winter uniformsProfessional installation equipment including torches, recovery tanks, refrigerant gauges, Hole Hawg drill, power saws, and moreTool replacement program for worn or damaged toolsPerformance incentive (spiff/bonus) programEmployee Benefits:Medical insurance with employer contributionAflac supplemental insurance optionsPaid Time Off beginning on your first day, with increased accrual based on tenureSix paid holidays, with additional holiday benefits over timeIRA retirement plan with up to a 3% company matchJob Responsibilities:Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipmentPerform approximately 90% retrofit/changeout projects and 10% new construction installationsLead, mentor, and train apprentice installersInstall furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipmentInstall gas piping using both rigid and flexible piping systemsRun refrigerant line sets, braze connections, and perform pressure testingFabricate and install sheet metal ductworkComplete both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical connectionsSafely lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with assistanceQualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordAt least 3 years of HVAC installation experienceMinimum of 1 year leading an installation crewEPA Universal Certification requiredNATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire (company-paid training available)Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a teamCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
