No previous HVAC experience is necessary-we'll provide the training you need to develop valuable skills and build a long-term career in the heating and cooling industry.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Installation Helper, you'll work alongside experienced HVAC professionals to complete residential system installations. Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the installation of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related HVAC equipment
- Helping remove and replace existing heating and cooling systems
- Transporting tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Loading, organizing, and restocking installation supplies
- Assisting with ductwork, thermostats, and other system components
- Keeping work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
- Following all company safety standards and installation procedures
- Delivering courteous, professional customer service while working in occupied homes
- Learning proper installation techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn a skilled trade
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and ability to qualify under the company's insurance requirements
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work well as part of a team
Helpful, But Not Required
Candidates with any of the following are encouraged to apply, though they are not required:
- Trade school or vocational HVAC education
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and ladders
- EPA Certification or willingness to earn it
