What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Installation Department to ensure timely and accurate HVAC installations
- Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems
- Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards
- Request necessary parts and equipment for each job and ensure the truck is properly loaded
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
What You Bring
- Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
