Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstallation of duct work and HVAC equipmentAbility to work in confined spaces (attic and under houses)Maintain, clean and stock company vehicleEnsure a clean and safe work areaMaintain safety protocols with home owners or guestAbility to communicate with owners or guests professionallyAbility to work well with coworkersFollow direction of job superintendentPerform other duties as assigned by management Work DaysNormal work schedule is Monday through Friday but must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and afterhours, when required. Physical RequirementsMust be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.Lift and carry material weighing up to 75 lbs.; occasionally lifting items weighing more than 100 lbs. with assistance.Ability to climb and utilize a ladder safely.Good physical fitness: hand-eye coordination and ability to quickly respond to sounds.Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including outdoors in times of excessive heat and inclement weather.
