HVAC Install Lead

An HVAC Installer at Mesaba is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Essential Job Duties

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
• Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalate to install manager when appropriate

 

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
