What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the HVAC Installation Department
- Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, productivity, and job completion
- Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top installation talent
- Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, and performance coaching sessions
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer communication
- Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience managing HVAC installations, construction, field operations, or service teams
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
