HVAC Install Manager Opportunity!
Job Overview:
A rapidly growing HVAC contractor in Berks County, PA is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead their installation department. This role oversees residential retrofit and replacement work, commercial HVAC construction projects, technician development, quality control, manpower coordination, and overall department performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support residential and commercial HVAC installation teams
- Oversee residential retrofit and replacement installations from start to finish
- Coordinate commercial construction and HVAC installation projects
- Manage manpower allocation, project timelines, and job progress
- Conduct jobsite visits and quality control inspections
- Train and develop installers and apprentices
- Provide technical support and field guidance when needed
- Coordinate with office staff, estimators, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes
Role Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and commercial HVAC installations
- Experience coordinating or managing construction projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- EPA certification required
Compensation:
- $80,000-$100,000
- $2,000 Signing Bonus
