Job Title: HVAC Installer
Primary Job Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Lead Installer or Project Manager, the HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Installing HVAC systems to meet quality and performance standards.
- Reporting to work on time and ready to contribute each day.
- Following all safety guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
- Safely operating hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
- Working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, as required.
- Maintaining clear verbal communication with the Project Manager throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to reliably commute to job sites.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Prior HVAC experience (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 – 45 per week
