Job Responsibilities
Hands-On Training \u2013 Work closely with experienced HVAC technicians and installers to learn the trade through real-world experience
Residential HVAC Install Support \u2013 Assist in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
Material & Equipment Handling \u2013 Help with parts, tools, deliveries, and setup at job sites to ensure a smooth installation process
Tool Operation \u2013 Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools while adhering to safety protocols
Physical Labor \u2013 Perform tasks that require dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Regulatory Compliance \u2013 Ensure HVAC systems meet all industry standards and local building codes
Service Assistance \u2013 Support technicians with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
Customer Interaction \u2013 Learn how to communicate effectively with customers, assisting with service explanations and recommendations
Record Keeping \u2013 Assist in documenting job progress, service details, and work orders in Service Titan software
Qualifications
Eagerness to Learn \u2013 Passion for HVAC and a willingness to develop skills through hands-on training
Mechanical Aptitude \u2013 Basic understanding of HVAC systems or general mechanical experience is a plus
Physical Fitness \u2013 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
Tool Knowledge \u2013 Familiarity with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation and repair
Communication Skills \u2013 Strong listening and communication skills to work effectively with a team and customers
Attention to Detail \u2013 Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to industry regulations
Driver's License \u2013 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
