Position Overview
Integrity Heating & Air is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team, that activly holds a Wilmington, DE HVAC License.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up dependable every day, communicates well with others, and wants to grow with a company long term.
This is more than just installing equipment. We want team members who care about the customer experience, work with integrity, and help us maintain the reputation we are building in the community.

What you'll do
Install residential HVAC systems including Mini Splits, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, heat pumps, light ductwork, and related equipment
- Follow installation standards and company procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Work closely with team members and management
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues when needed
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and correctly
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles properly
- Represent Integrity Heating & Air professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Team oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
