Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems, in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and develop effective installation plans.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification is a plus.
