HVAC Install Technician

Summary:To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform diagnostic tests using tools such as pressure gauges and multimeters to identify system malfunctions.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts, to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, including motors, compressors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shop environment.
• Load and unload materials from deliveries, storing them appropriately within the shop.
• Inspect tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper function.
• Follow all company and safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support field and on-site installation efforts as needed.
• Support supervisors and fellow team members in the completion of daily tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
