Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour (higher pay available for highly experienced candidates)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and perform HVAC installations in residential, new construction, and light commercial projects
• Work on projects throughout the Sioux Falls area
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards
• Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation (Foreman or lead experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overhead and on ladders
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
