What You’ll Do:
- Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes
- Complete installation closeout forms to ensure job completion
- Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality
- Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company standards
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless installation process
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
