Synairgy Mechanical is hiring an HVAC Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling, dispatching, and project coordination for our installation team. This role is critical to keeping jobs on track, customers informed, materials ready, and crews running efficiently. If you have experience in scheduling, dispatch, construction coordination, or HVAC operations, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a stable, team-focused company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation jobs efficiently
  • Coordinate daily with technicians, the sales team, and customers
  • Communicate job status updates and help ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Track installation progress, project timelines, and job completion
  • Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Manage installation inventory and material availability
  • Troubleshoot scheduling or job-related issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with quality control and follow-up on installation work
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed


Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, or construction/HVAC office roles preferred
  • HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling or project management software
  • Able to handle multiple jobs, deadlines, and moving parts at once
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused


Pay and Benefits

  • Full-Time. W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $42,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Weekly pay with optional direct deposit
