Core Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, code-compliant outcomes.
• Direct, coach, and supervise junior installers and apprentices on active job sites.
• Perform quality checks and enforce safety standards on every install.
• Educate homeowners and business clients on system functionality and maintenance basics.

Required Background & Credentials

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience; additional tenure is a plus.
• Track record running job sites and coordinating an installation crew.
• EPA Certification (mandatory).
• Strong work ethic, resourceful problem-solving, and dependable punctuality.
