HVAC Installation Dispatcher$23.00 – $25.00 per hour + Performance-Based BonusesOverviewSierra Pacific Home & Comfort is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused HVAC Installation Dispatcher to coordinate installation crews, customers, and internal teams. This position is responsible for keeping installations properly scheduled, prepared, and moving efficiently from sold job through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch HVAC installation crews based on job requirements and availabilityCoordinate communication between installers, customers, Design Supervisors, Operations, and warehouseReview upcoming jobs to ensure equipment, materials, permits, and documentation are readyMonitor installation schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflictsCommunicate installation dates, arrival windows, and schedule changes to customersSupport installation crews with job information and scheduling needsMaintain accurate job notes, statuses, and scheduling information in ServiceTitanTrack project progress and assist with installation department reporting and KPIsProvide excellent customer service and promptly address issues or escalate when necessaryRequirementsHVAC, construction, dispatch, project coordination, or home improvement experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with ServiceTitan, Outlook, Excel, and Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional, and team-orientedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. when neededMust comply with company drug-free workplace policyBenefits$23–$25/hour + performance bonusesMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Vacation & Holidays401(k) with Employer MatchOngoing Training & Career DevelopmentYear-Round, Full-Time Employment
