We’re seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Foreman who loves coaching, takes pride in code-compliant craftsmanship, and delivers an exceptional homeowner experience.

- Can you cut, thread, and connect copper or PVC, and safely handle high/low voltage wiring?
- Are you energized by mentoring Install Helpers and building bench strength?

- Are you at your best in attics, crawlspaces, tight areas, and variable weather?
Your impact
- Lead residential system installations, upgrades, and replacements to spec and schedule.
- Deliver clear, respectful communication to homeowners and resolve on-site challenges.
- Maintain safety and compliance: appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and company service protocols.
- Perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs. and maneuvering equipment.
- Uphold a clean, organized workspace, vehicle, tools, and parts.
- Support training and development of the install team.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed
- 1+ year of residential HVAC experience with proven hands-on skills.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
- EPA certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex installations.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for quality.
- Customer-focused communicator; professional with all organizational levels.
- Flexible, collaborative, and innovative in fast-moving settings.
Physical requirements
- Lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Climb ladders; access attics/crawlspaces; work in confined spaces; push, pull, carry; operate hand tools; perform fine detail tasks; drive.
- Stand, walk, sit; talk/hear (in person and by phone); handle/feel with hands; reach with arms.
- Routinely stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
- Frequent exposure to extreme indoor/outdoor temperatures and weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, ice, snow).
