HVAC Installation Manager

Location: Brookfield, CT

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience

Central Air, LLC. is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our residential installation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, improving performance, and ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprentices.
• Conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and installation audits.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Support technicians with technical challenges and customer concerns.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with office staff, sales, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience leading teams and holding employees accountable.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification.
• Lennox experience.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
