Our client, a growing and well-established HVAC company, is seeking experienced HVAC Installation & Service Technicians to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity covering the West Chester, PA to Wilmington, DE market.

We are looking for skilled HVAC professionals who can perform quality installations, service, troubleshooting, and repairs while providing excellent customer service. Both strong HVAC Service Technicians and Installation Technicians are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration-related problems
• Perform equipment replacements, new installations, and system startups
• Work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and installation documentation
• Properly recover, evacuate, charge, and leak-test refrigerant systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs or solutions
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate job records
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, codes, and company standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC installation, service, or both
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout the West Chester, PA–Wilmington, DE service area
