We are seeking a skilled HVAC Residential Installation Technician to join our team. Our HVAC Technicians continue to drive our profession, image, and reputation. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of value-added customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and some commercial properties. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation and offering maintenance tips
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during installations and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a HVAC Installation Technician
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems with a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 100 LBS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
