HVAC Installation Technician

HVAC Installation Technician | Fruitland Park, FL | Full Time | $21 per hour | Entry Level Welcome

 

Join a residential heating and air company that has served Lake County and the surrounding communities for more than 60 years. This is a real entry point into the trade with a company that trains people and promotes them.

 

You do not need years of HVAC experience. You need to show up, work hard, and be willing to learn. We will teach you the rest, and we have a track record of moving helpers into lead installer and service roles.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist the lead installer with residential system replacements and new installs

Handle equipment, ductwork, and materials safely on the job site

Support attic, closet, and tight-space work

Keep the job site clean and leave the home better than you found it

Learn the trade through hands-on work and structured training

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A strong work ethic and a willingness to be taught

Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas

Ability to lift and move equipment safely

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Reliability, which matters more here than experience

 

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week plus overtime.

 

COMPENSATION

$21 per hour, with a probationary period paid at $17 per hour. Raises tied to further education and certifications.
