HVAC Installation Technician

HVAC Installation TechnicianManchester, NH$35.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to join our Manchester, NH Operations Group. This position is responsible for installing, replacing, and retrofitting commercial HVAC systems while providing quality workmanship and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, replace, retrofit, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform HVAC installations and equipment replacements according to specifications and project requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
• Attend all required safety training provided or sponsored by the company.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing HVAC installation and service work.
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance on job sites.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed based on business demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Boiler and steam experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders and stairways.
• Ability to work in various commercial and mechanical environments.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move materials weighing 51–100 lbs. and handle heavier materials when required.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties required for commercial HVAC installation, replacement, and retrofit work.
• Must have the visual and physical ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and properly utilize all required PPE.
